On Saturday 10th December, the stars will align for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation ‘Night of Lights’ Gala Ball at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
 
Now in its fourth year, the “Night of Lights” has cemented its reputation as the premier black-tie benefit on the State’s social calendar, each year attracting the top end of town in all their finery – uniting to raise money for the State’s biggest children’s hospital. From captains of industry to prominent philanthropists, from socialites to IT-
girls and boys and even the odd celebrity, the stars of the Adelaide social scene shine bright at this annual event
 
This very special night would not be possible without stars so the WCH Foundation is delighted to announce Kate Ceberano will be very special guest. Kate is undoubtedly one of Australia’s most iconic artists and for the past 25 years has been doing what she loves the most, making beautiful music.
 
The WCH Foundation’s aim is to raise $150,000 on the night which will help fund research and new facilities ‘The Breathing Space’
 
The Breathing Space will be a very special place for children – a dedicated outpatient facility for patients suffering Cystic Fibrosis, situated on the top floor of the Gilbert Building at the WCH. It will not only provide world-class treatment areas and a research laboratory, it will also bring clinicians and researchers closer to patients in their quest for find an answer to this disease.
