Hunt_For_Nature_InText‘Treasure Hunt for Nature’ is a great opportunity to not only become your best version of Long John Silver, but also to explore and discover nature in the heart of Adelaide.

There will be three different ‘Treasure Trail’ options ranging from about an hour and a half to four hours long with varying difficulty levels.

The ‘Nature Friendly’ trail option is a family friendly route around the River Torrens Precinct. Taking about an hour and a half this family friendly trail shows hunters the natural environment that surrounds the picturesque River Torrens area.

A longer, slightly more challenging route will be the ‘Nature Challenging’, which takes hunters through the Botanic Gardens, and Parklands as well as the River Torrens area.

There will also be a ‘Nature Geocaching’ option, where treasure hunters use their smart phones to find hidden clues and secrets throughout the trails.

With plenty of fun planned for the day it’s going to be one not to be missed for nature lovers and families especially, with a jumping castle, face painting and ‘treasure’ giveaways at the finish line.

Funds raised will help Nature Foundation SA to continue playing a significant role in nature conservation in South Australia.
