After the success of their recent Adelaide Fringe show, the incredible dance trio ‘The Silhouettes’ return to the stage for one fabulous night of entertainment.
The Silhouettes are a sophisticated and unrivaled dance entertainment trio who are once again joining forces with powerhouse musician Jacqui Yeo.
Jacqui’s seasoned talent has seen her Fringe shows take multiple awards and captivate audiences through her versatility and stage presence.
Combined these women ooze prowess, girl-power and undeniable skill.
At their latest Fringe show audiences were entertained with performances which displayed the diverse range of dance styles The Silhouettes have mastered. With over 20 years of individual experience crowds were wowed by The Silhouettes Can Can, Charleston, Jive, Cha Cha, Disco, Rumba, Samba, Contemporary and more. This paired with Jacqui Yeo’s vocal expertise made for a Fringe show that critics raved about.
Stephen Foenander reviewed the girls as having “a blistering degree of energy” and awarded them a 4 star performance. Mr Foenander said these girls have “Dedication to their craft and their ability to move through such a wide range of dance disciplines has enabled The Silhouettes to become the ‘Go To” Corporate dance group in South Australia for larger venues”.
And now for their debut in the Adelaide Cabaret Fringe Festival, they have collaborated with choreographer Rhys Bobridge to produce new, powerful routines which will be performed in a sensual atmosphere alongside Jacqui at the Arkaba.
It will certainly be a show for the senses!
