Jack Ruby Serves Up At Laneway Festival

Jack RubyJack Ruby Bar and Diner (89 King William Street) is set to serve up some of its best American spread at Laneway Festival, to be held this Friday 6 February in Port Adelaide.

Part owner and Head Chef Sam Worrall-Thompson said Jack Ruby would be on deck for the day to help feed the hungry music masses.

“We’re sticking to what we do best – traditional American food that is quick, delicious and will keep people going throughout the whole day,” Sam said.

“Jack Ruby will be serving up a signature smoked hickory pulled pork burger, cherry smoked brisket burger, truffled cauliflower burger, our famous mac’n’cheese balls, chilli fries and an American style hot dog.”

“Jack Ruby is excited to be on board a number of festivals moving through Adelaide over the comings weeks – it’s a great opportunity to have our full menu on offer in the Jack Ruby diner but to share some of that love to the crowds across Adelaide.”
