Help Smash A World Record At The Ultimate Health & Wellbeing Expo

If you’re into self-development, self-empowerment, yoga, meditation and wellbeing then you should be planning a visit this festival.

With the busy and stressful lives we all lead, sometimes we just need to take a breather and wind down. At South Australia’s newest health and wellbeing event, you can do just that. Returning to Adelaide for it’s second year across one huge weekend of sights, sounds and experiences for the body, mind and spirit, Whole L!fe Expo will be held at the Ridley Centre at Adelaide Showground on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October.

Taking place at 11am on Saturday 7 October as a special event during the Expo, will be an attempt to break the World Record for the “Biggest Mindfulness Session in the World”. With the current record standing at 272, Whole Life Expo invites anyone who wants to participate to register online and help to put Adelaide on the ‘mindfulness’ map by becoming the world record holder for the most people practising mindfulness together in one location. No experience is necessary and participants will receive free entry to the Expo, plus the first 300 registered participants will receive a free “Mindfulness Goodie Bag” valued at $39.95.

Whole L!fe Expo 2017 brings a diverse and unique range of presenters, performers and exhibitors covering self-development, self-empowerment, yoga, meditation and healing, culture, personal health and well-being. The Expo will feature some of Australia’s most inspirational and motivational speakers, along with performers, musicians and visual artists who will entertain and captivate the crowds bringing a festive and welcoming environment to all. Visitors to this year’s Expo can also choose from a massive 75 free workshops and enjoy more than 30 live music and dance performances.

The brilliant lineup of presenters includes hypnotist Isaac Lomman, one of Australia’s leading motivational health speakers Dr. Peter Dingle, internationally renowned spiritual music group INDIAJIVA, Ngarrindjeri Elder and medicine man Major Moogy Sumner (also known as Uncle Moogy), meditation teacher Jason McGrice and popular psychics Liz McCaskill, Elizabeth Jensen, Rayleen Kable and Alison Maiden.

Over 300 exhibitors will showcase products and services that support living a holistic and healthy lifestyle including: wellbeing products, organic food and beverages, vitamins and supplements, therapies, jewellery, crystals, holistic retreats, healing practitioners, meditation and yoga.

Be entertained by tribal belly dance, a meditation sound bath, world music, Brazilian dance group Danca Brazil, traditional Aboriginal dance, Bollywood – The Rhythm of India dance troupe and the sounds of the native American flute by Julie Norgrove.
