Iconic South Australian retailer Harris Scarfe will move into their multimillion dollar flagship store located at Rundle Place, Adelaide, on 26 March, 2013.
Covering over 9,600 square metres and two levels, the Adelaide retail market will experience firsthand a new look and vision for Australia’s second oldest retailer with the flagship shopfront.
The store’s launch signifies Harris Scarfe’s commitment and investment into the South Australian retail market and its growth strategy nationally.
Overseeing yet another historical chapter in the retail giants 160 year history, Harris Scarfe Managing Director Joe Barberis is excited to launch the new look and vision for Harris Scarfe in Adelaide.
“Our flagship store in Rundle Place is like no other. A first for South Australia, it possesses a fully themed fit out with brand new visual merchandise designed and created by the in-house Harris Scarfe team.”
“A standout feature is the 8.2 metre long catwalk and installation on level 2, with over 30 fashion mannequins on display. In addition to the 120 mannequins positioned throughout the entire store, this highlights a real fashion focus for Harris Scarfe; showcasing our latest collections including our newest addition; Boutique@hs,” says Joe Barberis.
The Harris Scarfe team have made a strong commitment to develop their new look with local contributors, with store furnishings sourced from renowned Adelaide furniture, art, and interior specialists; Louis Bond and Eureka Antiques.
