Canberra rockers, HANDS LIKE HOUSES show absolutely no sign of slowing down, having recently come off a string of Australian club shows last month, the sextet are announcing a national headline tour this September and October – their 4th headline tour globally this year!
Following on from a successful run of mostly sold out shows earlier this year in Australia between January-February, the UK in April-May, and the US in May-June – the band will bring their lively stage shows to 6 states around the country including Adelaide, Melbourne, Coffs Harbour, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra and Perth. The beginning of 2012 saw Hands Like Houses signing to Rise Records and have since sold over 60,000 albums worldwide (2012’s Ground Dweller, 2013’s Unimagine), including an appearance at American Top 40 with the release of their sophomore album Unimagine, which debuted at #37 onBillboard 200 and #51 on the ARIA album chart in 2013.
Hands Like Houses is Trenton Woodley (vocals), Matt “Coops” Cooper (guitar), Alexander Pearson (guitar), Joel Tyrrell (bass), Jamal Sabet (keys), and Matt Parkitney (drums). Their album, Unimagine is available in stores and on iTunes through Rise Records.
