Penchant de Fromage or cheese addiction is something I know well. In my years since moving to South Australia, the abundance of incredible cheeses (and wines) has fuelled my guilty savoury pleasure, and the creation of CheeseFest 7 years ago has done nothing to abate my desires. Well it’s that time of year again, with the hugely popular CheeseFest cheese and wine festival hitting Adelaide this weekend, and if you’re anything like me, the next few days are for gloves-off, mouth-watering indulgence.
Cheese, of course, is always made better with a great accompaniment, so it’s no surprise that local family-owned cracker business Tucker’s Natural is on board for another year at CheeseFest.
