After the resounding success of our Sustainable House Day Presentation Night event last year, the Adelaide Sustainable Building Network in partnership with Recycled Interiors & The Sustainable Home Hub, will be generating excitement and momentum for Sustainable House Day 2016, by running a two-part Sustainable House Day Showcase from 9-10th of September at The Joinery (111 Franklin St, Adelaide). The events will inspire, inform and connect people in South Australia, through celebrating local sustainable house design and building.
Friday Night Sociale – 9th of September 6:30 – 8:30pm
*Ticketed* Get ready for a different type of Friday wind down! As a lead up to SHD, we will learn about multiple sustainable homes around South Australia and meet the architects, designers, builders and owners who have created them. Get a chance to hear about the projects on the night prior to selecting which house you want to see on Sunday! Drinks will be available for purchase and nibbles provided.
Saturday Mini Expo – 10th of September 10:30am – 4:30pm
*Gold Coin Donation* Come along for a day of Sustainable House immersion! South Australian suppliers of sustainable materials & technologies will be in attendance. Topical panel sessions will be spread through out the day, so enjoy the day with the whole family!
