Gallery: Ambra Liqueurs Spritz Bar Launch

On a warm Monday evening we stopped by the media launch for the slick Ambra Spritz Bar, destined to become one of the best attractions in Adelaide’s Inner South.

With a range of mouth watering cocktails on show, particularly some from a handful of Adelaide’s best bars, it was a night to savour! The friendly owners took us through a tour of the small factory inside the bar, where we could see how they used real lemon and orange peels to create their Limincello and Argrumello, unlike imported versions that use essence.

Open Wed to Friday from 9am to 5pm, we can’t recommend this place enough highly enough for a unique end of year work function in beautiful surrounds.

We think the fantastic Ambra Liqueurs range will be a South Aussie mainstay for a long time to come!

The imported Piaggio is the feature attraction at the Ambra Spritz Bar, and can be hired as a mobile bar for events. Bartender, Fin, poses with a couple of the liqueurs.

The Ambra Liqueurs Limincello was a fine base for this version of a lime blush.

The bartenders were hard at it all evening, pulling out a range of show-stopping cocktails.

Ambra Cappuccino is a fine base for an alternative espresso martini.

A DJ kept the vibes rolling at the media launch.

The decor both outside and inside the venue is on point at the Ambra Spritz Bar.

A cocktail competition using Ambra Liqueurs was run with entries from Hennessey Bar, Hains & Co, and George’s on Waymouth.

Argrumello, a Triple Sec style liqueur was used as a base for these Ambra Spritz cocktails, which we think will be a hit throughout summer!

It’s impossible to miss the sign for the vibrant Ambra Spritz Bar when you’re heading east bound on Phillips Street in Thebarton, towards town.

Hennessey Bar, George’s on Waymouth and Hains & Co all contributed cocktails on the night, using the Ambra range.
