FIRST LOOK: Spaghetti Western Saloon & Dining Hall

There’s a new Italian x Wild West inspired restaurant and bar on King William Street.

Spaghetti Western Dining Hall & Saloon is bringing a taste of the wild, wild west (with a twist) to Adelaide.

This saucy new King William Street venue blends the best of both Italian food and Mid-West America across three levels.

Renowned Chef, Matthew Ryder – the man wrangling the grub – has some impressive notches on his apron with over 20 years experience in the industry.

“I pursued a career as a chef simply because I have a passion for really good food, and that’s what Spaghetti
Western is all about, hearty Italian food with a strong American influence,“ says Matthew Ryder.

Ryder developed his exceptional culinary skills travelling the Cyprian Islands as a private chef, cooking alongside
Shannon Bennet and Serge Danserau during Tasting Australia, and serving his offerings to Bill Clinton.

The established chef is holstering his guns and smoking up a full dining experience at the playful, new three-level
restaurant.

“It’s all about sharing at Spaghetti Western, sticking your fork into your partner’s plate is not only accepted but
encouraged… Start with a selection of Antipasti dishes and work your way through the menu,” says Ryder.

Glam Adelaide recommends trying the signature veal and pork meatballs, eggplant lasagna and the honey bourbon tiramisu.
