We don’t know if there’s a cocktail that quite captures summer in one sip like an ice cold Aperol Spritz. I mean seriously, if you’ve seen any Coca-Cola ad ever, that’s basically the feeling we get when we get our hands on that the sweet, yet bitter fizz. It’s dangerously good. And now there’s a whole pop-up laneway bar dedicated to the cocktail.
Club Aperol is officially launching this Friday 27 October in Arcade Lane (next to The Propaganda Club). The bar runs the entire length of the laneway, complete with the iconic orange, white and blue theme throughout.They’ll be open from 5pm to midnight, Thursday til Saturday in summer, with $10 Aperol Spritz on demand. There’s also going to be Negroni Sbagilitas, wine and beer plus delicious small eats from neighbourinos, The Propaganda Club, available all night long.
