Fashion Grand Slam’s finale is here after four weeks of fabulous cocktail parties, showcasing the AW15 collections from Burnside Village, Liza Emanuele, Cleverdicks and Australian Fashion Labels. Until today, the details of the finale have been kept under wraps, but Glam Adelaide can now reveal Luke Schapel and his menswear label De Luca is set to swoon guests at Fashion Grand Slam’s new partner BMW’s Luxury Showroom on West Terrace, this Thursday from 5.30pm-7.30pm.
The evening will feature final looks from the retailers and designers who have collaborated to raise money for TeamKids, featuring a spectacular bridal gown by Liza Emanuele alongside a De Luca tuxedo, created with exclusive Italian fabrics. Aside from fashion, great food and decadent drinks, the coveted raffle will be drawn, offering the chance to win a $2800 voucher from each of the five Fashion Grand Slam designers and retailers in styling and wardrobe pieces. Other prizes include a $500 piece of jewellery from Pure Envy, a $300 Jurlique gift pack, a $200 dinner voucher from Vietnam Restaurant and six bottles of South Australian wine.
The Fashion Grand Slam has been an unfathomable success, introducing a new audience to TeamKids, while raising funds and awareness to support the children and their families at the Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Units at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
