The annual St Peters Fair will be held at Dunstone Grove – Linde Reserve, Stepney this Saturday 28 March, from 10.00am – 4.00pm.
Owned and managed by the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, the St Peters Fair has grown into one of the community’s best loved events, with its mix of great food, entertainment, and children’s activities.
This year’s event will include rides, face painting, live music, and more than 80 market stalls offering arts and crafts, books, home wares, toys, fashion and accessories, as well as some of Adelaide’s most popular food trucks.
There will be a performance by popular kid’s entertainers The Amazing Drumming Monkeys, as well as live music from Katie Pomery and Jesse Atkinson.
City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters Mayor Robert Bria said the Fair’s popularity was due to it offering something for the entire family.
“For kids, the St Peters Fair is a great opportunity to spend the day outside, enjoying free amusement rides, craft workshops, games, and other entertainment,” Mayor Bria said.
“There’s plenty for the parents as well, such as enjoying a diverse range of food options, relaxing with live acoustic music, and browsing the eclectic array of market stalls.”
“The event is also a great opportunity for local groups and organisations to promote themselves and their services, as well as a chance for local citizens to connect with their community.”
