Extra Flights Added As Crows Fans Flock To Melbourne For Finals Footy

Finals fever hits Adelaide as extra flights are added to fly excited Crows fans over to Melbourne they take on the Bulldogs this weekend

 

Additional return services between Adelaide and Melbourne have been added this weekend, to cater for the overwhelming extra demand from Adelaide based fans eager to see the Crows take on the Western Bulldogs at the MCG in the elimination final match this Saturday night.

Tigerair Australia’s Commercial Director Adam Rowe says that the airline is thrilled to enable sports fans to catch their team in action, particularly around AFL finals time when demand for travel is so great.

“Whilst flights to Melbourne are selling well, there are still great value fares available in the lead up to and on game day itself.”

Tigerair flies up to three daily return services between Adelaide and Melbourne daily. This weekend, the airline has put on an additional return service to allow AFL fans the opportunity to get to Melbourne and back again for the big match. Fares are on sale from Adelaide to Melbourne this weekend from $65 on Wednesday, $75 on Thursday and $195 on Friday. Fares on the new services this Saturday are on sale now from just $145 from Adelaide to Melbourne.
