SUSHI Bubbles GO!

An interactive Dinner/Masterclass with Chef Jamie Kang where you will learn the fine art of sushi, paired with an introduction to Champagne hosted by Brett Baker with wines from Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Ruinart.
5 COURSES + 5 WINES // $175PP
Executive Chef Jamie Kang will demonstrate and discuss everything from the basics of rice preparation and classic sushi ingredients, through to fish filleting and different sushi styles such as the well known roll, tataki and aburi.
Jamie and team will then work with you on your own stations where you will learn hands-on, how to make sushi like a master, all while Brett takes you on a guided journey through the basics of Champagne.
This event has been designed to be as interactive, hands-on, casual and fun as possible whilst, you pick up some knowledge and new skills to boot!
