Ella Skye Jakas came in to the world on the 16th of October 2007. After a rocky start to life Ella was diagnosed with Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy in 2008 after suffering a stroke in utero. Ella also suffers from Epilepsy, thrombosis, dysphalgia, Developmental delay, Speech processing disorder and Pseudohypoaldosteronism.
Ella is not allowed to drink any fluids and has medication and water via her PEG in her stomach (just recently inserted). Her lungs Mymic Cystic fibrosis and Ella requires aggressive management for her chronic lung issues. She requires a High Salt, High Fluid and high calorie diet to keep her kidney's working and to stop her from having renal failure. Daily life is full of procedures and tears for miss ella. But she is so tough and known to everyone as "Amazing Ella".
If you have a baby to get up to, who is healthy, be thankful. Be very thankful. Ella has enough challenges in her day to make you stop and think before whinging about anything.

She is ALSO donating $100 from each shoot to the Ella Skye Backyard Dreams Project, which is being matched by SaySo Weddings and given to Landscaping Ideas and Design Centre who are working their magic with the available funds as well as sourcing suppliers and volunteers to help.
