There’s a bit of history between The Delta Riggs and Fat Controller. Their show last year pretty well heralded Adelaide’s newest live music venue as a touring calendar destination for some of Australia’s biggest names.
It also showcased one of Australia’s most charismatic live bands, an act who have become synonymous with riveting and memorable live shows. Some bands have forged a following based on airplay and press hype. The Delta Riggs have plenty of that, but like all great rock and roll bands if you’re going to truly appreciate them, you’ve really got to witness them enthrall a sweaty mass of drunken revellers at a live show.
So without further fuss or fanfare, we strongly suggest buying tickets for their June 24th show at Fat Controller as early as possible. If last year was anything to go by, this show is bound to be sell out very quickly.
