A fundraiser for the magnificent exhibition Treasure Ships: Art in the Age of Spices, this year’s event provides a rare opportunity to experience famed chef Cheong Liew’s renowned cuisine. Cheong was integral in propelling South Australia onto the international cuisine scene and is stepping out of retirement for one night only to present A Banquet in the Age of Spices. This is an occasion not to be missed.
