Last night David Jones launched its Autumn Winter 2014 collections with a dramatic presentation reminiscent of a Tim Burton film. Over 300 guests were transported through a magical labyrinth of theatre and rich décor as the famed On Seven space at David Jones was transformed into a romantic, other worldly moment.
An enchanted forest floor was created by florist Saskia Havekis from Grandiflora, with over 50 Camellia Sasanqua trees, ivy and twisted winter branches creeping through speckled Autumn leaves and deep cobalt blue hydrangea stems bringing the set to life with giant gold moths settling onto sprouting mushrooms and cut tree trunks.
