Casablanca Nights Shines Through for Charity

Tom BurlinsonFor one unforgettable evening this November, Adelaide’s grand Bonython Hall will be transformed for the Women’s & Children’s Hospital (WCH) Foundation’s glamorous 40s-themed gala – Casablanca Nights.

Award-winning theatrical singer Tom Burlinson will headline the entertainment, which will also include cameo appearances and performances by ‘movie stars’ from the era, like Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman, together with plenty of surprises.

Funds raised on the night will support the foundation’s ongoing commitment to meet the hospital’s long term requirements and urgent funding needs.

WCH Foundation CEO, Sam Tolley said Casablanca Nights will not only be an evening to remember, but an opportunity to help the littlest lives cared for 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the WCH – the state’s only dedicated hospital for children.

“We see firsthand the difference that community contributions can make to the health and wellbeing of the thousands of children who face enormous challenges, often from birth. It’s so rewarding to help play a role in the lives of these children and their families through their journeys,” he said.

WCH Foundation’s Casablanca Nights is proudly partnered by major sponsor Macquarie, gold sponsors Burnside Village, Bendigo Bank and Emali Early Learning Centre, and event sponsors Singapore Airlines, Wirra Wirra, Heineken, Kangaroo Island Spirits, Adelaide Event Graphics, InFrontEvents, National Wine Centre of Australia and the University of Adelaide.
