bounceThe BOUNCE Free‐Jumping Revolution is officially coming to Adelaide.

The Adelaide BOUNCE, located on Richmond Road, will mark its sixth national location, just minutes from the Adelaide CBD.

This state of the art trampoline park will be the first of its kind in the state and with more than 100 interconnected trampolines, it is something kids and adults alike should all be excited about according to BOUNCE co‐founder, Ant Morell.

“Bounce is a place where the walls become the floor and the rules of gravity no longer apply. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a kid launching into a giant airbag or an air‐sports expert training for the X‐games. We’ve discovered that given the chance, pretty much everyone loves the euphoric feeling of flight. And this is the closest most of us will get to flying”, said Mr Morell.

Bringing thrill seeking and adrenaline sport into the mainstream, BOUNCE uses trampolines and padding to help make the domain of action sports accessible to everyone. Popular features include dodgeball courts, trampoline slam‐dunk hoops, training harnesses and airbags. The Adelaide venue is also home to one of the BOUNCE ‘super tramps’ – the biggest trampoline in the country giving users even more height and a feeling of floating.

“Trampolining has enjoyed and extraordinary mainstream rebirth over the past few years worldwide. Its always been fun in the backyard, but now the sort of design innovations we’ve introduced has seen BOUNCE embraced as a everything from a school sporting excursion and kids party destination, through to an active workout institution, and now an adventure sport in its own right.” said Mr Morell.

“We currently have three locations in Victoria, one in Brisbane and one in Perth. All locations have become a loved haunt for visitors across diverse age groups. We believe it will be no different in Adelaide.”

Trampoline training is about the best workout there is. It is low impact and proven to improve bone density, muscle toning and cardiovascular fitness, with 10 minutes of jumping equivalent to running for 30 minutes.

“We believe the success of BOUNCE is driven by the fact that deep down we all want to let go and be active just for the fun of it. This is a destination that can offer the benefits and joy of action sports without the hard edge of competition or the need for hundreds of hours of training.”

BOUNCE Inc Adelaide is located at 164 – 168 Richmond Road Marleston and will be opened to the public from Friday 17 October, 2014.
