Bottom’s Up! New South Aussie Wine Coming Your Way

The new release promises a bouquet that is lively with citrus flower, musk and gooseberry, and with only 169 dozen bottles produced, you best get in quick.

Adding another check mark to the list of the reasons we love spring, as the flower-filled season hits, it seems there’s wine releases happening left, right and centre – and breaking news: we love wine.
Upon hearing the news that Paracombe Wines have just released their 2017 Pinot Blanc, an exciting new wine set to turn heads, we threw our nearest wine glass in the dishwasher in preparation for a night with a large bottle in our hand and the Real Housewives on our tele.
This exciting first release from Paracombe was made from grapes carefully harvested in March from the cool southern slopes of the family’s vineyard at Paracombe in the Adelaide Hills.
If you love to drink wine, but you’re not up on all the terminology, Pinot Blanc is the white grape member of the Pinot grape family and originated from the Alsace region in France.
It consists of a bouquet that is lively with citrus flower, musk and gooseberry, and superb flavours of dainty acidity accompany grapefruit, lime and apple with hints of pepper on the palate. Best enjoyed with foods that are light and fresh like seafood and chicken, salt and pepper tofu with a Vietnamese style salad would be an excellent pairing.
What makes this release even more special is the fact that only 169 dozen will be produced, so be quick to snap some up for this upcoming spring and summer season. See more about this new release from Paracombe Wines and pick yourself up a dozen here.
SPECIAL OFFER: Orders of one dozen bottles will receive a complimentary bottle from the winery PLUS free freight for one dozen bottles within the Adelaide metro area. To receive the free bottle with your dozen order, type ‘GLAM’ in the delivery instructions on Paracombe Wines’ online shop when ordering.
