Behind Closed Doors (BCD) is an invitation only Program where executive women and business owners transact business and support each other to attain greater professional success. The BCD program was initiated in Adelaide 2008 in response to requests from senior women and business owners seeking an exclusively female business support network. It’s lonely at the top for both professional men and women, but women don’t have as many options when it comes to women mentors or entrepreneurial and business support.
Behind Closed Doors offers two BCD Group levels, BCD Executive for CEO’s, Directors and GM level members (ie executives) and business owners, and BCD Luminaries, for the CEO’s of the future (younger professional women). BCD Executive (BCDE) Groups meet 11 times a year, BCD Luminaries (BCDL) meet 10 times a year for three hours over a light lunch from 12 noon until 3pm. Each Group is facilitated by a successful high profile business woman who are also on national and international boards. Adelaide Facilitators are, Kate Costello, Anne Skipper, Alice McCleary and Jane Jeffreys head the Executive Groups and the Luminaries Group is facilitated by Linda Bowes.

Due to high success of the program in Adelaide we are now focussing on expanding in Melbourne and Sydney. Melbourne Facilitators are Anne Ward, Tania de Jong and Jane Yuile.
