Beach Bum in North Adelaide has become one of the must-visit foodie destinations in the area’s ever-growing strip of take away joints and restaurants. Famous for its Hawaiian/Japanese fusion menu, which features Poke bowls, tacos, wagyu burgers and tempura style fish and chips, it’s the right mix of cool and quality, ensuring diners leave full and happy after a visit. Their signature shaved-ice cocktails are also a pretty strong drawcard.
Well Summer just got a little more exciting, with the news that Beach Bum will be doing a pop-up venue in Rundle Mall!
The info was quietly leaked on Facebook via a fabulous little video (above), and while we’re yet to get all the details, but know this. It’s coming soon, and we’re excited.
