It’s Autumn, with all the colour and crunch of falling leaves and Stirling Laneways is giving the new season a big welcome in its ‘Big’ April celebration of all that is beautiful in the Adelaide Hills, and buzzing in Stirling.
It’s been a year since Stirling Laneways popped up in the vibrant spirit of a town carnival to bring something colourful, cozy and just a little bit crazy to the village each month on traditional Market Day Sundays.
Along the way there has been Circus, Summer Oasis, Animalia, Mugs ‘n Rugs, Vintage Picnic and so much more to delight and entertain in the laneways and tucked away places of Stirling.
Now, for 2015 Autumn Stirling Laneways, Event Director Bec Francis is excited to announce the activation of Tin Lids Lane – a rare opportunity for Adelaide’s youngest entrepreneurs to test their budding business skills. “Hundreds of stalls have come to Stirling over the past year and now we’re giving enterprising kids a space to join the trade with their youthful inventions, art or ingenious concepts,” Ms Francis said.
“We can’t wait to celebrate the cleverness of kids at Stirling Laneways on April 26, so join us down Tin Lids Lane and amongst the laneway stalls, outstanding street entertainers and local traders who colour the world in Stirling on the fourth Sunday of every month.”
