Adelaide’s Post-Festival Festival is French!

The 27th annual Alliance Française French Film Festival is ramping up to commence next week, running 31 March to 24 April 2016 exclusively at the Palace Nova.

With the Adelaide Festival and Adelaide Fringe done for another year, the Alliance Française French Film Festival is ramping up for it’s 27th annual event, commencing next week and running from 31 March to 24 April 2016.

Over more than 3 weeks at the Palace Nova Eastend Cinemas, 48 films will showcase best of contemporary French cinema from comedies, dramas, romances, documentaries and films pour les enfants.

The films are divided across nine categories to help you sort through the exciting line up, including the personal picks by TV’s film icon David Stratton and theme such as Intense, Giggle and Grin, Love Love Love and Small Screens on the Big Screen.

Beyond the films, the Alliance Française French Film Festival also offers the chance to experience the very essence of French culture through special events, wine tasting, live entertainment and Opera.

Tickets to all films and events are available online through the Palace Nova Eastend Cinemas website, or at the ticket box if not sold out.
