Pirie and Co. Social Club is a new music venue and bar opening in Adelaide on Saturday March 22.
The new Pirie Street venue is set to be a cool speakeasy style bar during the afternoon offering delicious tapas and drinks, before turning into a high quality live music venue at night, catering to a diverse range of national, international and local acts.
All bookings will be taken care of by Five Four entertainment, the Adelaide promoters of Laneway Festival, which recently hosted Grammy award winner Lorde.
Five Four have put on shows for artists such as Lana del Rey, Disclosure, Foals, Passion Pit, Justin Townes Earle, Bernard Fanning, as well as founding Adelaide’s premier dedicated indie-disco night ‘Transmission.’
The teams mantra is to bring the best of national, international and local artists with the underlying ethos being consistently high quality shows in a very artist and punter friendly environment.
With a host of high profile shows already locked in, Pirie and Co. Social Club is set to become one of Adelaide’s leading music venues.
The opening night party will be happening on March 22 with Sydney siders Elizabeth Rose and Fishing taking to the stage as well as Canberra’s indie-electronica rising stars Safia.
