Adelaide’s First Ever Pop Up Whisky Bar Arrives For One Day Only

IT’S CHRISTMAS and Santa has come early. For one day only, Adelaide will be getting its first-ever pop-up Whisky bar featuring 150 different, amazing whiskies.

Adelaide loves a good pop-up bar, but up until now, there’s been nothing for the whisky drinkers. BUT IT’S CHRISTMAS and Santa has come early. For one day only, Adelaide will be getting its first-ever pop-up Whisky bar.

The collaboration between the Maylands Hotel, Spencer Collings and the Odd Whisky Coy will showcase over 150 classic, rare, hard to find, odd and downright drinkable single malt whiskies for sale along with a fine selection of drams to buy by the nip.

WHEN: Saturday 2nd December from 2pm until late
WHERE: The Maylands Hotel, 67 Phillis St, Maylands
ENTRY COST: Free of charge
WHISKIES: Available for purchase by the bottle & a selection for purchase by the nip
In attendance will be… Mal O’Farrell, Maylands publican and whisky guru Mike Collings, creator of Johnnie Walker Blue Label & The Classic Six, founder of Spencer Collings Ian Schmidt, distiller, raconteur & all round nice guy & The Big G from TOWC.
