Bowerbird, Adelaide’s twice-yearly design showcase, returns November 21 to 23, bringing the best of Australian art, design and ideas to South Australia ahead of a festive December, long lazy January days at the beach, and balmy February evenings watching the sun set.
One of Adelaide’s most prized locally grown events Bowerbird presents work from more than 100 carefully selected artists and designers from around the country, in a spacious and beautifully decorated setting, at the Stirling Angas Pavilion, Adelaide Showground.
From small stocking fillers to grand custom designed gifts, this is the place to source all of your Christmas gifts, as well as irresistible treasures you won’t bear to part with! At the same time you’ll be supporting Australian designer makers in the process, with all work designed by the stallholders themselves.
With numerous products available exclusively at Bowerbird and many designers presenting limited edition Christmas runs, you’re sure to find something unique that’s also perfectly crafted from the highest-grade Australian materials.
Now in its fifth year, Bowerbird has established a reputation as much more than a design market. It’s the perfect day or night out, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes solo attendees feel at much as home as couples and groups of friends out for a bite and a drink, or families who are making a day of it and taking advantage of the incredible workshop program for kids and adults.

Open 4pm to 9pm Friday evening, and 10am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday, at Stirling Angas Pavilion, Adelaide Showground, Wayville, Adelaide.
Enjoy free street parking or park on site, enter via Rose Terrace.
