One of Australia’s largest yoga communities is about to open their first South Australian studio in the heart of the CBD in just over one month.

But we’re getting ahead of ourselves. First of all, if you’ve never heard of Transformational Yoga, it is an integral system, developed by Swami Vidyanand in India, that activates inner resources which allow you to live in a state of well-being and balance, relieving the pressures of modern living. So it’s specifically tailored with the speed and stresses of modern life at its core.

What does this mean? Well, we’re about to find out and it seems its incredible national popularity would indicate that it’s certainly great stuff. Australia’s leading transformational yoga studios, Power Living will be offering classes for every level of ability and experience, delivering results that they promise as being practical and stimulating for everybody.

Set to be opened by Adelaide yogi couple, Tessa Leon and Triton Tunis-Mitchell, Adelaide’s Power Living studio will breath new life in to the original site of the Slatters Shoe Factory building on Halifax Street. And to celebrate they’ll be hosting an open day with FREE classes on Saturday, September 17 with the founder of Power Living Australia Yoga, Duncan Peak.

Yoga is a bit like a green health smoothie. There’s no right or wrong flavour, it’s all good for you but it’s about what you prefer so this sounds like a pretty perfect opportunity to see if Power Living can work for you.

Power Living Australia Yoga Adelaide will be officially opened on Saturday 17 September September at Level 1, 60 Halifax Street, Adelaide. Power Living Adelaide are currently offering special early bird prices on classes, passes and memberships too. For more information visit their website.
