Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead is when the veil between the worlds disappears and spirits walk among us. We’ve compiled a list of every event celebrating Dia De Los Muertos in Adelaide this week. So get out your maracas and dance the night away…Mexican style!

2 November, The Office Bar, Adelaide CBD
Enjoy specialty Mexican cocktails and dishes, and be serenaded by Hayden Ryan in an acoustic set from 5-8pm. There’s also $200 in vouchers up for grabs during the bar’s extended 5-8pm happy hour.

2 November, Blue Pepper Restaurant, Christies Beach
The team at Blue Pepper Restaurant have come up with some crazy margarita recipes, as well as lots of specials coming from the kitchen. There will be giveaways through out the night, so this is something you do not want to miss. Call Blue Pepper Restaurant on 8186 6555 between Thursday and Sunday.

2, November, Day Of The Dead Celebration At Burp, Glenelg
From 10:30am to 10pm, enjoy $12 Burrito and Beer or Margarita, $5 Beers, $6 Margaritas, $5 Tequila or Vodka Skittle Shots, plus there’s free kids treats and crafts.

3-4 November, Hoosegow Charcoal Restaurant, St Morris
Hoosegow’s Day of the Dead dinner is returning for another night of celebrating all things Latin! Enjoy live entertainment by La Bomba and indulge in a 4 course share menu starting with a bloody hoose shot! Call 8332 6599 to make a booking. 

4 November, NOLA Adelaide, Adelaide
Beer lovers rejoice, NOLA is bringing the biggest range of Garage Project beers in the land of living or dead! A massive TWENTY-TWO beers will be gracing NOLA’s taps, including the only 2 kegs of Day of the Dead and La Calavera Catrina in South Australia. Be transported to Mexico as NOLA’s laneway is decorated with all things voodoo, think bright colours and sugar skulls.
