You might be aware of Lot 100, the mega booze destination that’s coming to the Adelaide Hills, if you’re not we’re more than happy to provide the details.
Lot 100 is the brainchild of four, local companies: Mismatch Brewing Co, Hills Cider Co, Adelaide Hills Distillery and Ashton Valley Fresh. The venue will form a cellar door, distillery and brewery for each of the companies involved.
To add the the excitement, they’ve also announced their launch date of Saturday 8th of December with a big party. The event information we’ve got thus far is a $70 ticket which includes a bus to and from Adelaide (Stag public house), drinks on arrival, roaming canapes, live music and tours of the brewery, distillery and finished venue.
We’ve got more progress shots of the venue too so you can see we’re set for the launch of a huge spot of tourism.
Leigh Morgan, who is part of the dream team behind the development, says, “We blend well as a unit and a front because we all have the same company values—integrity of product, environmental impact and footprint, sustainability and ensuring that everything is ethically sourced.”
Lot 100 is going to stand out even further by incorporating a bar and restaurant with a huge farm to plate focus, with local onsite ingredient foraging from Lot 100’s very own market gardens to use in their house-made small goods and restaurant menus.
The venue will have enough room to comfortably seat 350 people for lunch or dinner—or up to 600 people standing up for something like a cocktail function. Lot 100 will also have many different options within the site for small private functions to 350 seater weddings. And with such picturesque views, we’re sure you’ll be vying to host your next function here!
