London Glamour Has Arrived At The Adelaide Hills

There is an air of excitement around the possibilities of culinary creation at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard, and we think it is completely worthy of our undivided attention. Introducing their new Head Chef, Adam Bowden… A young chef ready to bring a piece of London fine dining to the Adelaide Hills.

Joining Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard from London where he was previously Head Chef at Michelin starred Rhodes 24 at Tower 42 and Sous Chef at The Ritz London, Adam has an incredible résumé that looks set to add a whole new level to Adelaide Hills dining experiences.

If his experience at these world renowned restaurants was not enough, during his time at the Ritz, Adam was chosen to represent Great Britain against 16 other countries in France cooking 3 courses for a Michelin star panel of judges. Adam won Best Young Chef in Europe and was only the second British Chef ever to win. Adam sounds like an undoubtably incredible addition to this beautiful vineyard.

Menu items such as lamb rump and belly, zucchini, basil and pine nuts popping up (pictured below), can all be enjoyed amongst the gorgeous scenery of the Adelaide Hills… and of course, accompanied by the stunning wines on offer at the Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard.

If you’re like us and cannot wait to have a sample of the glorious food and wine on offer at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard, then the 2018 Crush Festival has you covered. On January 27, the ‘Vintage Twilight Dinner’ is your chance to be amongst it all.

Head Chef Adam Bowden will re-create the famous Ritz classics with an 8 course hosted winemaker dinner matched to back vintages of single vineyard wines. This sounds the the perfect night… and one sure to be full of glamour, glitz and decadence. Tickets are $195 and available here.

As well as the Twilight Vintage Dinner, Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard will also be hosting a lunch called ‘Everything Old is New Again’ at Crush 2018, where you will be transported back in time with old-fashioned cocktail bars, live tunes, food, and of course, glorious wines.
