Krispy Kreme South Australia are celebrating four years since arriving in South Australia and opening its first store at Port Road, West Croyden. I’m sure we can all remember the droves of thousands of fans that lined up over 10 days to get their first taste of those delicious Original Glaze Doughnuts, hot off the line. To this day, their still pumping out hundreds of scrum-diddly-umptious doughnuts a day. And for this, we are thankful.
Here’s the best bit. To celebrate their 4th birthday milestone on Friday 20 July, customers will be able to buy one dozen, get the second dozen for $1.00. Score!
At the time of opening their store in West Croydon, it was the biggest Krispy Kreme store in history. Since opening, Krispy Kreme SA has created over 100 jobs for locals in retail, food and manufacturing – with two factory stories and five retail locations all around the state.
Krispy Kreme SA General Manager Mark Higginbottom says creating a birthday experience that will thank their loyal fans is very important to them.
‘While we guarantee that our doughnuts are fresh, we can’t guarantee we will have enough to last all day. Be sure to get in early to avoid missing out.’
All Krispy Kreme stores will be offering the birthday special on Friday 20 July to all Krispy Kreme Stores in Adelaide, including:
- Port Road, West Croyden
- Port Wakefield Road, Bolivar
- Gouger Street
- James Place
- Westfield Marion Shopping Centre
- Adelaide Airport
