Jersey Boys On Their Way To Adelaide

Tickets for one of the most anticipated musicals ever to come to Adelaide, Jersey Boys – The Story of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons go on sale this Monday, 30 April at 9am.

The Adelaide season opens on October 27, and with more than 9,500 people already on the waiting list to buy tickets, the show is set to be a sell out.

Jersey Boys meanwhile has smashed the all-time box office record for a second week of trading in Auckland by taking in excess of $NZ1.9 million gross, beating previous records by over $NZ500,000.  

Today also marks the Jersey Boys 1,000th performance in Australasia.  

Producer, Rodney Rigby said, “We are thrilled that New Zealand continues to embrace the great story of four guys from the wrong side of the tracks.  The 1,000th show of Jersey Boys not only marks the great success of the production in New Zealand and Australia, but, of equal importance, recognizes the outstanding contribution of everybody associated with the production worldwide.”

Jersey Boys – The Story of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons is the story of how four blue collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop sensations of all time.

Jersey Boys features 20 Four Seasons hit songs including “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, “Rag Doll”, “Oh What a Night” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”.
