Fresh Food Focus At Port Lincoln’s Newest Restaurant

Get excited, because South Australia now has one of the freshest restaurants on the block (literally). The Line & Label, Port Lincoln’s newest dining destination, has officially opened at Peter Teakle Winery.

‘The Line & Label’ restaurant is the perfect venue for hard-core foodies and high-class socializer to enjoy the region’s finest produce. Every item on their fabulous menu is produced from either their own garden beds and orchard or has been harvested, farmed or fished on the Eyre Peninsula.

The ‘Line’ celebrates the storyline, the vineyard/oyster/farming lines of production, the history line, the lines in sailing and of course, the fishing line – something Port Lincoln is famous for.

The ‘Label’ celebrates Peter Teakle’s family business “Collotype” which was a global wine label printing business. It is also the ‘label’ we believe represents the premium food and wine of South Australia, that so many visitors come here to enjoy.

Every menu shares a storyline about the produce diners will be enjoying and the storylines that are steeped in tradition on the region, as well as promoting and celebrating the label of the wines – often produced over many years by Peter’s family business.

The venue is set amongst the vineyard formerly known as Delacolline Winery, only 2km from the foreshore of Port Lincoln. It offers guests a unique outlook with views of Boston Bay, through to rolling hills and manicured vines.

Line & Label is be open for lunch and dinner Thursday to Sunday 12noon to midnight and reservations are essential by calling (08) 8682 6635 or via the website.
