It must be the National Wine Centre's famous Christmas Uncorked!
The National Wine Centre’s Christmas Uncorked event is traditionally a massive affair with the French champagne flowing, the food delectable and the music capping off an amazing night!
This year’s 7th December event is no different with G.H. MUMM as the feature champagne available by the glass or by the bottle.
As a special Christmas treat, those purchasing a bottle of MUMM will be able to take it to the on-site sabrage artist who will slice the top off your bottle with a sabre –and give it to you in a bag as a souvenir!!
It’s Christmas after all –why not drink your French fizz in style!!
To top it off, the National Wine Centre is offering complimentary cheese platters, canapés and oysters with a selection of toppings including Pickled Ginger & Shallot; Cucumber & Chive; Citrus & Fennel; Finger Lime Bubbles; Panzanella; Soy, Mirin & Salmon Caviar; and of course Champagne infused. There will also be a full tapas menu including gourmet pizzas available for guests.
The party starts from 4.30pm – entry is free.
