Food is now on the menu at East End Cellars’ The Tasting Room

They’ve already more than got the wine side of things covered. Now you can match it to a tasty bite.

They’ve already more than got the wine side of things covered, and now Tasting Room at East End Cellars has added a full food menu.

You can of course already get food there in the form of delicious ciabatta toasties and their outrageously good signature charcuterie and cheese boards.

But now that’s also joined by all day dining with a full lunch and dinner menu.

Food ranges from soup, to hiramasa kingfish crudo with ruby grapefruit and fennel, duck rillettes, chicken liver pâté, and lamb kofte with hommous, labne, barberries, pistachio.

Or if you’re anything like me, all you can think about is getting this creamy burrata with prosciutto, anchovies and nduja in your mouth.

Created by local chef Georgie Rogers, who is the brains behind El Choto Spanish Delicatessen in Hindmarsh and Cantina Sociale wine bar in the city, most of the menu is designed to share alongside some hearty meals for one.

“We want visitors to choose a bottle from the cellars and settle in to enjoy their chosen drop with a tasty bite,” says Georgie.

And as always, staff at the boutique bottle shop are always forthcoming with top notch suggestions for wine matches.

On top of the new menu, East End Cellars also hosts parties, corporate lunches, dinner and tastings, and will now be able to tailor a menu to suit events.
