The big day has finally arrived. Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co is opening its doors to Adelaide and we’ve got you the first look.

Opening on Sunday the 30th of December, the ’50’s inspired burger joint is going to be the biggest Betty’s to date with its premium location on the corner of Rundle and Bent St.

With a fresh decor thats reminiscent of a beach shack, Betty’s on Rundle St has timed its arrival perfectly with the summer months. The colourful fit-out was done by Adelaide’s Pinnacle, who are also behind venues like The Noble Gentleman, The Bavarian, The Den and Jamie’s Italian.

Betty’s offers a selection of fresh burgers, sides, thick shakes, soft drinks, boutique beers and local wines.

However, the piece de resistance are their concretes – old school ice creams made from delicious frozen custard and mixed with decadent ingredients, some of which include New York cheesecake, cookie dough, and glazed donuts.

Vego’s and the gluten free afflicted don’t have to be afraid to enter because there are succulent burgers with no meat and gluten free buns on offer.

You can opt for the classic, Betty’s Classic in fact, or try the shroom burger. You won’t be hallucinating the crispy fried mushroom patty and melted gouda and gruyere cheese dripping from it as you’ve taken a bite.

Betty’s will be open as of the 30th of December from 11am to 10pm (11pm on Friday and Saturday) daily.
