To coincide with the one year anniversary of Realm Adelaide, which will be celebrated tonight at an A-list party, developers have announced that they have made $160 million worth of sales since the 2017 February launch and will today release the exclusive Penthouse Collection to mark the one year milestone.
SA Sales Director, Ben Small said that this remarkable sales achievement is a testament to the great design and quality product they are offering coupled with the positive trends in the residential property sector.
To mark the one year milestone, Realm Adelaide wanted to celebrate the vibrant creative talent on the eve of the festival months and “Mad March. Partnering with the JamFactory and Fete/Life, the Realm Adelaide Display Suite will be curated for a two week exhibit that showcases some of their favourite designers in art, homewares and furniture.
“Fete/Life share the Elenberg Fraser’s outlook in regards to great design and lifestyle, and are the perfect partner for us to celebrate this anniversary,” says Ben Small.
The exhibit launches tonight at an A-List event and will be open to the general public for two weeks. A majority of the designers and suppliers are from South Australia and pulled from the private sector and the JamFactory stable, and include greats like Alice Blanch and Damon Moon. The installation showcases how great design can enhance and improve the quality of your life.
The Realm Adelaide build, which makes up $100 million of the total $535 million being invested in residential projects that are currently under construction within the city, is steaming ahead with drilling and excavation underway and the first eight levels expected to be built mid-year.
