Every Thursday discover delicious local produce with Urban Eats Project | Lunch Edition. Think winter warming soups, super foods, healthy winter salads and global food from different local foodies.
First up are BOB BOWLS Catering CO. accompanied by Juice Quest.
Bob Bowls create fabulous bowls full of organic leafy greens, seasonal roast veg, pulses, grains, seeds, nuts, fresh herbs, pickled veg, house made sauces (roast beet purée, spinach and lavender pesto, soy garlic mayo etc.), and proteins (maple tofu, quinoa falafel, Thai coconut balls etc.).
Sauces and proteins change weekly to ensure fresh seasonal produce is used throughout the year, giving you a variety of yummy lunch options.
Straight from Plant 4 at Bowden, Juice Quest produce organic cold pressed juice full of beautiful fresh winter fruits and vegies.
