Club Rhythm Pilates Studio is launching its new ‘Strong and Confident Mums program’ with an exclusive Mini-Retreat at its Melbourne Street studio this February. With a distinctive approach which blends mind-body techniques in a tranquil and engaging environment, you can be sure that you will walk away feeling completely empowered.

This specially designed program, based on the latest scientific research in postnatal exercise, aims to help new mothers regain their strength and confidence for optimal performance at work and at home. Club Rhythm’s calming ambience provides new mums with a supportive, female-friendly space to exercise in, which is a far cry from the blinding lights and thudding music of many mainstream health clubs.

The Mini-Retreat will feature an interactive conversation with Gold winning Paralympian, Entrepreneur and mother of three Katrina Webb, who joined Club Rhythm after returning to work from maternity leave. Webb knew that investing in her health and self-care would be the key to successfully managing a demanding professional schedule and a bustling home life.

Owner and Pilates practitioner Magda Trofin knows from ten years in the industry that new mums can find gyms intimidating, loud and impersonal.

‘The Mini-Retreat lets new mothers try the Pilates Reformer in our luxurious and calm atmosphere. They can be
themselves, receive individual attention and experience how simple it can be to regain their strength and confidence through Pilate,’ says Trofin.

The Strong and Confident Mum’s Mini-Retreat runs over two sessions: 9am-11am and 10am-12pm (max 10 people per session). For $29, you will receive a full Pilates Reformer class led by Magda Trofin focusing on pelvic floor recovery and abdominal separation; an interactive conversation with Katrina Webb who shares her tips and insights into balancing health, work and family commitments; a take-home nutritional plan for safe and healthy post-baby weight loss; and delicious healthy bites and hand-blended tea by Saha Botanica. Perfection!
