Embrace 2.5 million cubic feet of foam with the return of the 5K Foam Fest Fun Run

With a variety of obstacles and a ton of foam, the run is an exciting challenge for experienced and beginner runners alike.

Adelaide is filled with fabulous people who love a good themed fun run. There are runs with your dogs, wine runs, the Color Run, the Undies Run, countless charity runs, the City to Bay, and Bay to City, plus plenty more,.

One of these is the 5K Foam Fest, which is returning in 2021.

The 5K Foam Fest is a one of kind obstacle course based fun run.

Those brave enough to tackle the event will face 22+ obstacles including the world’s largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.

With a variety of obstacles and a ton of foam, the run is an exciting challenge for experienced and beginner runners alike.

Obstacles are also optional so if you just want to enjoy the run without them, you absolutely can.

You can also put together teams, and even double your distance if you’re keen to make it a 10k challenge.

The 5K Foam Fest is set to take place at Oakbank Racecourse on Saturday 16 January.
