Electra House Introduces New Cocktail Menu Just In Time For The Weekend!

It’s like they know us…

Did someone say cocktails? Yes, Electra House did because they have just introduced some brand new cocktails to their already divine menu. And it only seemed right that we share the newest additions, it is the weekend after all!
Adelaide is buzzing at the moment with Fringe, the Clipsal 500, Adelaide Festival, Waymouth Street Party (see our story here), and so much more. Just the thought of all that ‘eventing’ makes us thirsty, and it is a thirst that only a cocktail can fix.
So without further delay, introducing:
Garden of Eve
This one is for the adventurous gin lovers. It is a twist on the traditional gin and tonic. With West Winds, American tonic syrup and herbs stirred together, it makes for a refreshing and sophisticated taste bud pleaser.
Pisco Flower
Rarely found in Aussie bars, the mixoligists at Electra House are bringing us a Peruvian/Chillean classic. The unique profile of ‘Pisco’ brings an aromatic aged brandy flavour which is blended with fresh citrus and proteins. Take your palate on a cultural experience with this one…
Thpritz
Excuse me? Yes, Thpritz… Electra House have teamed up with Applewood Distillery to bring us this bad boy. Changing the pace on an original aperol spritz, this one is served with Okar, French Sparkling and fairy floss. Oh la la.
Holding Pattern
Tis’ the season for fruits and herbs to be clapped and shaken. And that’s certainly the case with this cocktail. Blueberries and basil add a tarty uplifting flavour that will make your taste buds sing – so just keep the drinks coming.
What a line up! We think we have just figured out where we will be spending most of our weekend.
