DRAPHT Invites You To Party Party Party!

It has been one huge year for Australian hip-hop artist DRAPHT, with his fourth album “The Life of Riley” debuting at number 1 on the ARIA charts (still the only Australian artist to do so this year!). With tracks “Rapunzel” and “Sing It (The Life of Riley)” getting a smashing on radio and toes tapping in places he never thought his tunes would be heard, “The Life of Riley” shows no sign of slowing down. New single “Bali Party” is at radio next week and is set to repeat the success of the previous singles.

As the man called plain boring old Paul would say, there is no point having a party by yourself, so after a short winter hibernation DRAPHT is getting his full live show and a travelling circus of friends and compatriots out on the road through Spring for the Party Party Party Tour. It’s DRAPHT’S most extensive national tour yet and will bring the bounce to a bunch of iconic rooms, festival stages and regional centres, some of which have yet to feel the full effect of “The Life of Riley” in the live arena.

DRAPHT has gathered a posse of good friends, collaborators and killer new artists to take out on the road to Party Party Party! The stellar four band bill includes Syllabollix Crew compatriots Layla and Dazastah, Sydney hot shots Thundamentals and Melbourne hip hop legends Muph and Plutonic in the main slot will all help build the bounce before DRAPHT hits the stage.

Not only will the Party Party Party Tour cover the current record, there will be some delving into “Brothers Grimm” and beyond, with some back catalogue treats from “Who Am I” and even “Pale Rider” for long time fans and believers.

Adelaide fans can catch DRAPHT on Saturday, the 24th September at the Thebarton Theatre (Licensed/All Ages).

Tickets are available through Venuetix.
