Cheese Toastie Comp Ahead Of CheeseFest? Brie-ing It On!

Cheese toasties, the hangover killer, the pub classic and now the highly cultivated foodie option by South Aussies. This year ahead of CheeseFest + Ferment you’ll get to choose which one exactly you want to devour.

Cheese toasties, the hangover killer, the pub classic and now the highly cultivated foodie option by South Aussies. This year ahead of CheeseFest + Ferment you’ll get to choose which one exactly you want to devour.

Brand South Australia has come up with a partnership between I Choose SA and CheeseFest+Ferment this year to bring you the Cheese Toastie competition ahead of the festival on October 27-28 in Rymill Park.

There are four different toasties that are in the running to claim victory at CheeseFest and we’ve got the lowdown on which local produces are being incorporated. Here to make your mouth water:

The Buzz features Forgotten Seasons Caramelized Onion, Woodside Cheese Wrights Triple Cream Brie, and Buzz Honey.
 The Classic features Skara Smallgoods Ham, La Casa Del Formaggio Mozzarella.
The CheeseFest features Alexandrina Cheese Company Edam, Udder Delights Brie, Woodside Cheese Wrights Buffalo, Rufus and La Casa Del Formaggio Parmesan. 
Get Pickled features Clever Belly Kimchi and La Vera Mozzarella.

You can vote online by clicking HERE and then taste the winner over CheeseFest weekend.

There’s also a competition that you become part of when you enter with loads of prizes including entry tickets to CheeseFest+Ferment over the I Choose SA Day weekend, VIP tickets to see a cooking demonstration by Matt Preston, Master of Fromage or one of a number of I Choose SA tote bags filled with $130 of local produce from local brands Bracegirdles, Nice Pickles, Maggie Beer, Coriole, Pangkarra Foods and many more!

The competition closes on the 9th of October and the winners will be drawn on the 10th!
