Already making a name for itself with its rustic menu, courtesy of Head Chef Dan Serafin, the Beach Hotel is shaking things up with a number of specials to make Dad’s day.

From one kilogram of tasty spicy chicken wings for only $11 to a classic beach burger and James Squire beer for only $20, there really is something for every dad.

The famous charcoal rotisserie will be spinning as usual with mouth-watering lamb, suckling pig and scotch fillet available. Dan Serafin brings a wealth of experience to the Beach Hotel, having worked in the UK, and pleases all palettes for both lunch and dinner with a variety of menu items.

Having created a menu that showcases the amazing produce South Australia has to offer, Dan Serafin says, “Our crusty bread is from Home Grain Bakery in Aldinga and our succulent meat is from Grasslands Premium Beef in regional SA.

“About 65% of our wine list is selected from the McLaren Vale region, making it a true reflection of South Australia,” says Mr Serafin.

A supporter of the ‘Eat Local’ movement, the Beach Hotel sources most of its produce locally, as well as the wine list; picked to specifically marry menu items.

With an open fireplace, coal fired rotisserie, and beer garden to relax and converse, the Beach Hotel has established itself as the newest hotspot in the South, and presents the perfect destination to treat Dad this Father’s Day.
