What do you get when you fuse an Italian cuisine bistro with an award winning craft brewery in the Adelaide Hills? A night of great food, fantastic beer and a nice warm fire with some prohibition style fun!
Rigoni’s Bistro are taking over the kitchen at the Prancing Pony Brewery for one glorious night only to serve up an Italian feast matched with some champion beers brewed by the Pony. The brewshed will be transformed into a stylish Italian restaurant and you can join in on the fun for just under $100 per person. Your ticket includes five delicious courses full of seasonal goodness, local brews from the Prancing Pony, live music and a few surprises!
You’ll be indulging in delicacies like fermented black garlic, truffle and gorgonzola dolce calzone, sous vide Boston Bay pork neck, and Adelaide Hills porcini mushroom risotto with chestnuts and taleggio. And, like every good meal should, the dessert of the night completes the menu with a dark chocolate marquise with pear gel, persimmon ice cream and candied mandarins.
