Award-winning winery Sinclair's Gully have announced an exciting summer schedule of events, starting with Carols under the Candlebarks this December.
CAROLS UNDER THE CANDLEBARKS
Wear your Santa hat or something red and celebrate Christmas at Sinclair’s Gully with the Camerata Singers. Bring along a picnic or nibbles and sing along to all your favourite carols, as the sun sets in our towering candlebark forest. Part door proceeds donated to the choir.
When: Saturday 10 December 2011.
Time: 6.30pm- 9.30pm.
Cost: $10 adults, children free. Please bring along a picnic/nibbles.
Wine for sale by the glass or bottle (from $5/$20). Strictly no BYO alcohol.

SUMMER TWILIGHT TASTINGS
The blacks are back! Experience the thrill of black cockatoos flying through the candlebark forest at sunset, while enjoying an Adelaide Hills regional cheese platter. Listen to the sounds of Sinclair's Gully as the sun sets and discover the wild side of wine.
Date: Every Friday from 6th January – 17th February 2012.
Time: 6pm – 9pm.

AUSTRALIA DAY AUSSIE BUSH PICNIC
Pack a picnic to celebrate Australia Day under the candlebark gums. Try your hand at whip cracking or thong tossing and bring along your favourite Aussie poem to share. Don’t forget to wear your Akubra and RM Williams!

CRUSH 2012 – ADELAIDE HILLS WINE FESTIVAL: OYSTERS & FIZZ @ SUNSET.
Celebrate the opening of the new Sparkling House with an evening of oysters and fizz! Sip on a glass of '94 point sparkling and fresh Cowell oysters (6/12 oysters $10/$20) or Vietnamese platters for two ($35). Homemade tarts $10, plus truffles and wine for sale by the glass/bottle.
